According to information provided by the Latvian Association of Oncologists, about 11,000 people in Latvia are diagnosed with cancer each year, of which 6,000 die. Over the last 10 years, the number of patients has increased by 40%, while the number of deaths has increased by nearly 10%. Cancer is increasingly being detected at an advanced stage, when treatment is not as effective. Oncologists emphasize the need to implement a national cancer control program in Latvia. Currently, there are more than 75,000 oncology patients registered in the country. Women most commonly suffer from breast cancer, while men are most affected by lung and prostate cancer. Both very wealthy, successful, and highly regarded individuals, who could afford to spend millions of dollars on treatment, and less wealthy people die from cancer. The incidence is higher in large cities than in small ones. Studies show that in countries with a high standard of living, the incidence is 3 times higher than in less developed countries. Unfortunately, oncology has become the leading cause of death in children, surpassing injuries, infections, etc.

According to WHO (World Health Organization) data, currently 98% of treatment measures are in the hands of medical professionals, and only 2% can be influenced by ourselves. However, according to studies compiled by this organization, these 2% can grow to 60%, based on a healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity, healthy diet, regular body detoxification, and protection.

Carcinogenic factors that patients encounter daily:
    Electromagnetic radiation (becoming an increasingly relevant issue),

    Excess weight, sedentary lifestyle, prolonged sitting at computers (especially lately due to the pandemic),

    High consumption of animal protein, especially meat,

    Low vegetable and fruit content in the diet (avitaminosis),



    Sexually transmitted infections,

    Polluted air,

    Tar and pitch,

    Hospital-acquired infections during medical procedures (e.g., Hepatitis C).


What is a malignant tumor (cancer)?
Information about what each cell is and what it should do is encoded in the DNA molecule of every cell. A cancer cell is a healthy, fully functional cell, but it lacks the information that it needs to die on time, this information is deleted. It turns out that this cell is immortal, which makes it very difficult to fight. For example, when there is one cancer cell in the lungs, nothing bad happens, but if 90%, then we die from a lack of oxygen. Every day, hundreds of atypical cells form in the body, and if lymphocytes are healthy and strong, they recognize cancer cells and kill them. To kill one cancer cell, it takes 200-400 lymphocytes. A tumor is considered to be a collection of approximately a million atypical cells, a few millimeters in size. Cancer cells get energy through anaerobic glycolysis, that is, without involving oxygen in energy generation. Depending on the type of tumor, it can grow very slowly or quickly. The tumor uses the cell regeneration mechanism. Normally, when there is a wound in the body, cells start releasing vascular growth stimulators, causing blood vessels to grow towards the damaged tissue, the damaged cells receive energy, oxygen, nutrients and the wounded place heals quickly. Cancer cells do the same, attracting blood vessels. When atypical cells start receiving glucose and oxygen, rapid cancer progression begins. Metastasis is the division of oncological cells, their entry into the bloodstream, lymph, and settlement in all types of tissues.

Studies indicate that the main promoters of cancer are white refined sugar and a decreased amount of omega-3 but an increased amount of omega-6 in the diet.

From the perspective of eco-medicine, cancer is not a disease, but a kind of self-defense mechanism of the body, when the body creates a peculiar compensatory mechanism similar to elevated temperature, runny nose, cough, etc. This means that the body has accumulated so many unexcreted toxins and slags that the vitality of the body is threatened. For example, if a person has accumulated a huge amount of acids, the body understands that if these acids are not neutralized with alkaline microelements, they will start burning blood vessels. Therefore, the body releases calcium and other alkaline microelements from its reserves to neutralize these acids. As a result, insoluble salts form, and unexcreted toxins must also be added. The body has to put all this somewhere because it cannot be allowed to stay in the blood, otherwise, blood circulation would stop. Unexcreted toxins and slags accumulate in various places, including in tissues. As a result, small blood vessels, capillaries are compressed, and cells do not receive nutrients, nor are waste materials excreted. Accumulations can form in the lungs, liver, bones, stomach, kidneys, etc. The body packs these unexcreted slags and toxins into capsules, where, under the influence of toxins, transmission occurs in cells, the genetic code changes, and mutations occur, unless gene enzymes have completely damaged them. However, if the genetic code is so damaged that it is no longer restorable, the cell dies.

However, cell transmission can turn out differently, it's enough to remove the mitochondria, and the cell switches to anaerobic energy, it has no limit on division times (apoptosis does not occur), so it becomes immortal. The diagnosis is made – cancer. But how can the body fight what it cannot excrete? Instead of helping it dilute harmful accumulations and facilitate excretion, chemotherapy and radiation are prescribed. Both sick and healthy cells are killed, including immune cells. Logically, it is impossible to cure in this way while the person does not detoxify and change their lifestyle. Oncologists are well aware that during a person's lifetime, cancer cell clusters form many times (initial stage). With computer tomography, a one-millimeter formation can be detected, that's about 1 billion cancer cells. The person does not know about it, and if there are no additional adverse factors, most often the body copes with these initial cancer clusters itself, especially if there are other health issues that make a person adhere to a healthier lifestyle. However, if a person regularly undergoes examinations in which modern equipment can detect these cancer precursors, such a diagnosis for a person with an average level of knowledge about oncology is a severe psychological blow that affects the immune system. The examination itself is also not harmless. For example, radiological examination of breast tissue in women, mammography, each such examination increases the risk of breast cancer by 2%. If something suspicious is found and followed by chemotherapy or radiation, and the lifestyle is not radically changed, serious problems can arise. If a person with cancer continues to eat bread, meat, sugar, dairy products, and eggs, they have almost no chance of surviving.

People must understand that cancer is just a symptom, it is the result of a lifestyle, not an evil fate or accidental DNA damage, or a random gene mutation. It is not a verdict, but a logical outcome. Understanding how it happens, a person can change the situation and not only heal but also completely change the quality of life.


How do cancer cells die?
Healthy cells of the organism die through apoptosis (so-called programmed cell death). Every day, billions of cells die in this way in the body. Cell envelopes disintegrate, and everything that remains (amino acids, microelements, and other nutrients) is taken up by other cells. In contrast, cancer cells only die through necrosis, that is, due to disturbances in blood circulation and a lack of nutrients, and also die as a result of external influences, giving nothing to other cells.
Possible causes of cancer development:

     Psychology (negative emotions, anger, guilt, resentment, envy, self-pity, etc.),

     Lack of quality water in the body,

     Body contamination with toxins, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and especially fungi,



     Sedentary lifestyle,

     External impact on the human biofield,


     Medications (e.g., hormonal contraceptives),

     Harmful habits (smoking, alcohol, etc.),

     Time (biological age).

   θ  Bread made with yeast, especially from wheat flour, promotes a favorable environment for fungi,

   θ  Nuts, especially peanuts, which are actually legumes, plus there's a high likelihood of GMO products since biologically grown are very few. Ground nuts are an ideal soil for the Aspergillus genus - mold fungi, which release aflatoxins, deadly dangerous mycotoxins classified among polyketides (secondary metabolites). Moreover, peanuts accumulate a large amount of lectins, which cause inflammation,

Proven theories of cancer development

Virus theory.
Viruses reprogram the healthy cell's DNA molecule.
Cancer is caused by the following viruses:
  ♦ Epstein-Barr virus (infectious mononucleosis) causes lymphoma – cancer of the lymphatic system.

  ♦ Herpes virus.

  ♦ Cytomegalovirus.

  ♦ Papilloma virus. Of 16 papilloma viruses, 6 are carcinogenic (cancer-causing).

  ♦ Hepatitis C virus.

Carcinogenic theory.
There are 3000 carcinogens, of which 150 are recognized as promoting cancer. All carcinogens are positively charged, but the cell is negatively charged. When carcinogens reach the cell surface, the cell membrane is damaged, then the DNA molecule, and the cancer development mechanism can be triggered. Carcinogens can be both physical and chemical in origin. Physical carcinogens are all radiation frequencies, from infrared to ultraviolet. This includes microwave radiation: microwave ovens, especially recently due to widespread use, Wi-Fi radiation, mobile phones (it is recommended to keep mobile phones further away from oneself, especially during calls), television electromagnetic radiation, ultraviolet radiation, including tanning beds, X-ray radiation - gamma rays. For example, Norway has 5 times fewer skin cancer cases than Africa.

Among the 150 proven carcinogens, some medications, household utensils, and plastics can be classified as chemical. Many carcinogens are found in cosmetics. Food contains xenestrogens (fake hormones), which are part of herbicides widely used in agriculture. They cause estrogen-dependent breast cancer development.

Tar and pitch (chimney sweeps more often suffer from malignant tumors). Alcohol and cigarette smoke are also classified as carcinogens.

Medication theory.
These are hormonal contraceptives, incorrectly performed massage causing rapid metastasis, toothpaste with fluoride (some manufacturers now write 'fluoride-free' on the tubes).
Weakened immunity theory.
Immune cells granulocytes and lymphocytes live 1-2 days. To kill one cancer cell, it takes 200-400 T-lymphocytes. For leukocytes to work, they need amino acids, microelements, enzymes, fatty acids.
Genetic theory.
Sometimes there may be inherited defective genes, the body produces proteins that interfere with leukocytes recognizing cancer cells or there are no certain proteins on the cell surface that protect it against carcinogens, however, the tumor itself cannot be inherited, only the predisposition to its formation.
Tissue theory.
German biochemist Otto Warburg in 1932 received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for discovering that the cancer development process is anaerobic (without oxygen). Placing cancer cells in an acidic environment, they expand, but in an alkaline environment, they contract.
Inflammation theory.
Chronic inflammations create an environment conducive to tumor development: chronic ovarian inflammation, chronic pancreatitis, chronic prostatitis. To successfully fight bacteria, the body needs inflammation processes, however, the use of the process promoter arachidonic acid, which has a harmful effect on cell membranes, should be minimized. Sunflower oil (especially refined) contains the most arachidonic acid, so it should not be used more than 25g per day. This has been recognized by leading oncologists worldwide. Try to use more omega-3 fatty acids, and the ideal ratio to Omega-6 should be 5:1 or at least 1:1. The optimal proportion is in olive oil, bee bread, and flaxseed oil (obtained by cold pressing). By the way, quality olive oil slightly smells of fish. Oils should not be bitter. Bitterness means the oil is spoiled or oxidized.
Parasitic theory.
Cancer can be caused by such parasites as toxoplasma, trichomonas, opisthorchis (causes liver cancer), therefore, if there are problems with the liver, it is necessary to undergo tests for lamblia, opisthorchis, toxocara, hepatitis C.
Free radical theory.
Free radicals damage cell envelopes and cell DNA.


Investigation methods
  1) Visual inspection. (skin, moles, warts, mammary glands, etc.).

  2) Ultrasound examination (sonography), which can examine the liver, kidneys, uterus, ovaries, pancreas, breast glands, prostate.

  3) Mammography (breast gland examination using X-ray).

  4) Computed tomography (examines chest and abdominal cavity organs in different sections).

  5) Chest X-ray (examines lung tumors).

  6) Magnetic resonance imaging (examines internal organs).

  7) Fibrogastroscope (diagnosis of stomach cancer).

  8) Fibrocolonoscopy (diagnosis of intestinal cancer).

  9) Cytological examination (cell examination under a microscope).

  10) Thermography (searches for areas with elevated temperature).

  11) Positron emission tomography (injects glucose marked with positron emitters, which feeds tumor cells, and they turn black).

Cancer prevention
  1. Get rid of such negative emotions as guilt, self-pity, pride, condemnation and contempt, hatred, and desire for revenge. These emotions literally "eat" the human body.

  2. Diet. Try to change unhealthy eating habits. Use less of the products that feed cancer cells (sugar and its containing products, wheat flour products). Even at the slightest suspicion of oncology, it is absolutely necessary to exclude sugar and switch to a keto diet, depriving cancer cells of the opportunity to obtain energy. Only by completely eliminating sugar from the diet is there hope for recovery. Yeast fungi will also be deprived of the opportunity to reproduce, which is largely related to the onset of the oncological process. Limit to the minimum sweet fruits and honey, otherwise, the body will not switch from glycolysis to ketosis, that is, from glucose splitting as the main source of energy to ketone (fat) splitting (Krebs cycle or oxidative phosphorylation).

Do not recommend tetra pack juices, carbonated sweetened drinks. But drink a lot of "live" water. "Dead" water takes away energy. Live water contains oxygen, organic minerals in ionic form. It is slightly alkaline and is negatively charged (see the section on water). Large molecular amino acid compounds (meat, cheese, cottage cheese, lectins, etc.), that is, proteins not broken down to amino acids, which the immune system is forced to react to, thus creating an inflammatory process and as a result of phagocytosis, pus forms, which may manifest, for example, as skin rashes, headaches. Chronic inflammations can lead to autoimmune processes, but the ultimate result is oncology.

  3. Maximum protection against viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites. Antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, antifungal programs. Be careful with antibiotics and hormonal preparations.

  4. If there are cancer patients in the family, seriously approach prevention, additionally, you can take antioxidants (zinc, selenium, vitamins A and E)

  5. Avoid injuries.

  6. Move more on foot in everyday life, do not use the elevator, swim in natural water reservoirs in the summer. At least one hour of physical activity every day.

  7. Get rid of bad habits (smoking, alcohol, drugs).

  8. Protect yourself from harmful mobile phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, monitor, TV electromagnetic radiation, use neutralizers. Protect yourself from the sun in the summer. Do not visit tanning beds.

  9. Regularly perform body detoxification programs. Once a week a fasting day, once every 3 months a 3-day detox. Twice a year, perform a more serious detoxification, cleanse the intestinal tract using special programs. Make sure to have bowel movements every day.

  10. For both prevention and in case of illness, sprouted amaranth grains (contain squalene) and vitamin B17 (laetrile), which is found in apricot kernels, are useful, just soak them in water the day before to avoid lectins.

The onset of cancer, as it happens
The initiation of cancer development begins with irreversible DNA mutations and transitions into the promotion process when there is a rapid increase in the number of mutating cells. As the process progresses, the tumor expands into tissues and metastasizes, potentially spreading to other organs. There are many causes of cancer, or oncogenic factors. One of the main factors is everyday chemicals found in cleaning products, clothing, polluted air and water, including heavy metals and plastics (e.g., PVC windows in apartments releasing formaldehydes, dioxins, phenols). Radiation and various high-frequency radiations are also factors. Antibiotics and hormonal preparations are oncology-promoting factors. Diet, especially sugar and meat processed at high temperatures, plays a role. Cancer cells particularly favor amino acids like glutamine and glycine. The more these factors accumulate, the faster errors can accumulate at the DNA molecular level in the body's tissue cells, resulting in uncontrollable abnormal cell proliferation.

Additional factors in cancer development include a sedentary lifestyle, which promotes lymphatic stagnation, and a diet deficient in micronutrients, resulting from modern, pesticide-laden and depleted soil.

Stress and psychosomatics are not causes of cancer, as often oversimplified, but act as triggers or activators of the mechanism.


Genetic predetermination in oncology is only 2%, meaning 98% depends on you. Before oncology starts, prevention is very straightforward, even with a 99% guarantee. Scientific studies have shown that diet plays a much more significant role in the possible formation control process of cancer than the initial amount of carcinogenic substances received. Even a strong genetic predisposition to oncology can be successfully corrected through diet. For example, mutations in breast cancer genes BRCA1 and BRCA2, the presence of these genes alone does not guarantee the development of the disease. Whether these genes become active or not, the main influence is dietary and environmental factors.


What do fungi and tumors have in common?
In behavior, cancer resembles a fungal colony that responds to disruption with rapid proliferation. Disruption includes surgical interventions and various manipulations with different preparations aimed against it. Between fungi and oncology, parallels can be seen. Cancer cells do not tolerate any impacts against them, metastasize, and are autonomous. Similarly, with fungi, for example, removing benign tumors like polyps can lead to their rapid proliferation. The situation with antibiotics is similar to oncology with radiation - initially, there is a rapid improvement, destroying 70% - 90%. Then follows a decrease in effectiveness. Stopping radiation without other measures leads to rapid cancer cell proliferation. Chemotherapeutics (chemotherapy) are used to slow cell proliferation but also affect healthy cells, including immune cells, which is particularly undesirable.

Not only cancer cells but also cysts and fibroids behave like fungi. For example, papillomas are precursors to cancer, meaning they should not be operated on. Benign tumor cells differ from malignant tumor cells in that they do not destroy other cells but only proliferate.


Polyps are pathological growths on the mucosa (but not on the skin) that form as a result of immune system disorders. They can form in the uterus, gallbladder, intestinal tract, and bladder. They should be considered precursors to malignant tumors, so it is crucial to focus on strengthening the immune system. When choosing surgical or laser methods for removing polyps, it is essential to consider that, like with fungi, they will respond with enhanced proliferation, so safer treatment methods are those offered by fungotherapy.
Perforin Enzyme
Some species of birch polypore, such as shiitake mushrooms and stinkhorns (phallus impudicus), contain the polysaccharide lentinan, which increases the production of cytokines interleukin-2 and interferon in cancer patients. Lentinan induces immune cells, macrophages, to synthesize a unique enzyme called perforin in large quantities. This enzyme "drills" and degrades the membranes of cancer cells. With a small number of cancer cells, perforin can cope. If there are more, the immune system gets involved. Over the years, the production of perforin in the body decreases. At temperatures of +38°C to +40°C, perforin degrades. It is emphasized that, compared to chemotherapy, which acts cytotoxically (kills cells), the polysaccharide lentinan acts immunologically, stimulating T-lymphocyte activity, which in turn activates macrophages. At the same time, cells such as natural killer cells (NK), which are the main killers of tumor cells and viruses, are stimulated.

It should also be noted that the medicinal properties of artificially cultivated mushrooms may not be as effective as those grown in the natural environment. For example, chaga (birch polypore), used as a chemotherapeutic, contains the active substance pterin (a derivative of pteridine) that destroys cancer and spares healthy cells, compared to chemically synthesized chemotherapeutics, which destroy all cells. Interestingly, a precise copy of this substance can be obtained in the laboratory. The chemical formulas are identical, but the medicinal effect is only from birch polypore obtained from untouched nature. This means that untouched nature has many complex mechanisms that humans do not yet understand.

Many oncologists worldwide are turning to fungotherapy - treatment using mushrooms.


As fruits and vegetables are constantly attacked by fungal diseases in nature, they develop a natural defense mechanism called silvestrol. Compared to ordinary cells, cancer cells contain a unique biomarker - CYP1B1, which acts as a catalyst for chemical reactions. When it encounters silvestrol, which is contained in fruits and vegetables, it forms a substance that destroys only cancer cells, not harming healthy cells.

The more the disease attacks, the more this substance is produced in fruits and vegetables, meaning that in a sterile environment treated with fungicides, these substances will be significantly less, which is one of the reasons why free-range and organically grown products have stronger medicinal properties.


Animal Protein
Plant-based proteins do not promote the development of cancer compared to animal-derived proteins. Not only do animal-derived proteins not fully break down into amino acids and act as antigens, but, for example, meat contains iron (hemoglobin), which is a powerful catalyst for chemical reactions. Cooking meat produces terrible mutagens such as heterocyclic amines and nitrosoamides, which promote oncology.

It has been observed that in regions where animal-derived proteins and fats are heavily consumed, women have 2 to 3 times higher levels of estrogen, which in turn causes increased cell division, including cancer cells.


It's easy not to get sick, but hard to treat
Eco-medicine looks at oncology very calmly because it believes it is easy to avoid, even in its early stages, it is very easy to treat, but it is harder in the final stages when very radical actions are necessary, but many people simply lack the willpower.

Cancer, as terrifying a diagnosis as it may sound to some, paradoxically, most often affects people with strong immunity, people in their prime, including young people (leukemia). To create and launch the oncological process, a strong immune system is required because cancer cells are very aggressive compared to surrounding cells, they need a lot of energy for growth and an anaerobic, i.e., oxygen-free environment. Cancer cells are similar to embryonic stem cells in many parameters, unable to differentiate, but develop, forming a homogeneous mass. Eco-medicine believes this happens because the body has accumulated toxic chemical compounds and foreign proteins, which cannot be expelled in any other way. To neutralize them, the body tries to localize them, making them harmless. It turns out that a person with a strong immune system who has accumulated a large amount of carcinogenic substances to the point where the body can no longer expel them is at greater risk of becoming ill again, but also, when ill, has a better chance of recovery.


What is a malignant tumor?
The formation of tumors, or neoplasia, is an uncontrolled, rapidly growing mass of cells characterized by metastasis and a high degree of morphological diversity among the cells and their structural elements.

What motivates such suicidal behavior? There is a self-regulation system for the body's metabolic processes, performed with tissue enzymes, as well as with the nervous and hormonal systems. Why does this mechanism fail, and aggressive malignant cell growth begins? There must be a reason. Accumulated in the body's tissues are foreign products that are very toxic and even dangerous to life. A response reaction follows, mobilizing forces to destroy them. Intense and aggressive cell growth occurs, with one nucleus becoming two, then four, until the cancer cell bursts, absorbing adjacent healthy cells, destroying them, and itself dying, resulting in the release of a large amount of toxins, further increasing the toxic load. This avalanche-like process, if not stopped, can end fatally. Therefore, it is vitally important for the patient to stop further body pollution with inadequate nutrition and immediately undertake radical cleansing programs. The increase in toxic load and its complications is the main cause of death, and only in rare cases can it be due to the compression of an organ.


Pus is considered the main cause

Pus is an inflammation product consisting of dead cells, microorganisms, and tissue fluid. It can accumulate in various parts of the body, especially after infectious diseases:

  - In the gums - periodontitis;

      In the four sinus cavities - sinusitis or frontitis;

      In breast tissue inflammation in women - mastitis;

      In the tonsils - tonsillitis;

      In the brain – meningitis;

      In the brain's lining - arachnoiditis;

      In the large intestine - paraproctitis, appendicitis, or proctitis;

      In the lung alveoli - pneumonia;

      At the bronchial lymph nodes and in the bronchial lumen - bronchitis and bronchoadenitis;

      In the pleural cavity - pleurisy;

      In the gallbladder - cholecystitis;

      In subcutaneous fat - furuncles, erysipelas, or phlegmon;

      Inflammation in the abdominal cavity - peritonitis;

      In the submandibular, sublingual salivary glands – mumps.

Since men do not have mammary glands where pus from the bronchi can accumulate and be filtered with the blood, but the heart is close, accumulations form in the heart wall. This results in coronary artery thrombosis, followed by a heart attack.

Insufficient blood and tissue oxygen supply is the main factor in tumor development. Tissue respiration is disrupted, meaning metabolic products do not oxidize completely and are not expelled but remain in the tissues, starting to rot. Monoamines are released, which are dangerous poisons such as putrescine, ptomaine, cadaverine. Ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methane are released. In addition to the aforementioned endogenous factors, exogenous (external) factors such as air, water, soil pollution, smoking, radiation, etc., are added. When several factors combine, cell growth can be reprogrammed. To avoid this, the most effective means is cleansing, even if the process has just begun. With chemotherapy (tissue cytostatics), healthy cells are killed simultaneously or even faster. The immune system loses the ability to regenerate, and cancer turns into immunodeficiency.
